Objective. To prove EagleEye can define invisible structures on any image.
Many colleagues have been asking how I can make visible local geological structures in Australia, most recently at Kalgoorlie and Norseman, from a continental scale 216 Kb magnetics plan. This exercise shows the EagleEye work flow on Microsoft PowerPoint that made the invisible threads on my shirt, visible. This is the same EagleEye system I use for geological enhancement.
Images 1 – 4 in the above figure are at the same scale and use Microsoft pattern recognition software to structurally enhance the thread structure so that it is visible.
Images 5 – 7 are cutouts enlargements from the original image which are then structurally enhanced, so that the threads are enlarged, until single threads can be clearly observed. Thread winding direction and the interplay between the warp and weft threads can be clearly seen.
Image 8 shows an individual thread with a diameter of approximately 100 microns. It can be seen that this thread has a clockwise spinning pattern (looking down) as do the threads in image 7.
The thread has been enlarged at least 100 times and the details of the thread, including winding direction and its interplay with the other weft and warp threads, is accurate. This shows that EagleEye geological enlargements are also correct as they use exactly the same work flow.
Conclusions.
The use of EagleEye. EagleEye can be used to produce geological plans and sections (true 3D models) of any project on Earth from readily available regional scale plans or sections.
Therefore, the modelling for YOUR PROJECT, anywhere, is already available and thus company CEOs should think very deeply about the need for further expensive geophysics or field work in view of this already relatively quickly available and inexpensive information.
Think about this as you prepare to issue yet more shares to fund you next geophysical survey or drilling program.
